Nonwoven geotextiles saturated with asphalt binder to create a stress-relieving, waterproof membrane under asphalt overlays.
Paving Fabrics are nonwoven, heat-set polypropylene geotextiles installed beneath asphalt pavement overlays. Saturated with liquid asphalt cement during installation, the fabric creates a flexible, waterproof barrier that retards reflective cracking from existing pavement layers into new overlays, dramatically extending pavement service life.
